  • After your order is confirmed, we process and dispatch it within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, please allow an estimated 6-12 business days for your order to arrive at its destination. Delivery times may vary by location.

  • We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. You may return new, unopened, and unused items in their original packaging within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] to initiate a return.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
